For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the hah788 website accessible at https://hah788.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the hah788 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers for or uses an Account on the hah788 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by hah788 from using the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purpose of placing bets or using gaming services.

hah788 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

To access Real Money Games and betting services on the hah788 Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

• You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in Account suspension or withdrawal delays.

hah788 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant platform, hah788 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or when triggered by internal risk assessment procedures.

The KYC process typically requires the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo ID such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your primary identity document next to your face.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form with all information fully visible. Redacted, altered, or blurred documents will not be accepted. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation, though complex cases may take up to 72 hours.

hah788 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or enhanced due diligence requirements. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Deposits

• hah788 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallets. Maximum single deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• hah788 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees that are outside our control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit funds are generally credited to your Account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Delays may occur during periods of high network congestion or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same Account and are registered in the Player's own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified Accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bank transfers, subject to bank operating hours and KYC clearance status. Processing times outside standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) may extend to the next business day for certain bank networks.
• hah788 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
• Any withdrawal request found to relate to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations may be declined and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

hah788 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have a verified Account in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only eligible game categories contribute to wagering requirements: slots and arcade games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and table games contribute 10%. Sports betting contribution rates vary by promotion.
• The maximum permitted bet while bonus funds are active is Rp 50.000 per round or bet selection. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from issuance). Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• hah788 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses through their registered contact details.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific welcome or first-deposit bonus only once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a duplicate Account is a violation of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hah788 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with hah788.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets without direct human input.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.

• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider after gaming activity has taken place using those funds.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits through their Account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Players who feel they need a temporary break from gaming may request a Time-Out period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a Time-Out, the Account is suspended and cannot be reactivated before the period expires.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and may be made permanent. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications will cease.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of hah788.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, hah788's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hah788 holds its primary operating license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hah788 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via hah788's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in hah788's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents hah788 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent harm arising from prohibited conduct.

hah788 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, payment methods, or operational policies.

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
• Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.
